Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product you purchase:

  • Has a major problem (e.g., the product is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from its description).
  • Is not fit for purpose as described at the time of purchase.

If the issue is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement instead of a refund.

Please note, Australian Consumer Law does not require us to provide refunds or exchanges for:

  • A change of mind or incorrect choice.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, abnormal use, or failure to follow care instructions.

If you believe your product has a fault or major problem, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Return the product to us for assessment.

  • Notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.
